the hummer trademark/trade dress has been owned

by general motors corp since 1990.original mil/spec

hummer (aka H-1) with federal safety modifications.

was manufactured by am general up to 1989.

the H-2 and H-3 hummers were designed by gmc

and (still) manufactured by am general for gmc.

the complaints posted here are misdirected to

to the wrong company.gmc is the proper company

since 1990.am general is only foucsed on the

international defence market for the humvee

and a completed 6.2 L diesel engine supply

aggreement for gmc.and later on manufacturing

thier own diesel engines.
