General Motors - Vehicle Vibration

I have a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 with vibration issues. I vehicle has been in service twice for the same issue. The dealership replaced two of the tires due to a manufacture defect during my last visit and still having issues. I also had to pay $287 for the tires. The dealership mentioned this is an ongoing issue with 2015, 2016 & 2017 Trucks and SUV's and GM has not resolved the program. I also submitted the claim to GMC Customer service. I received a response back on 9/5 and since called twice and sent an email with no response. I would like to know my options and understand what General Motors is going to do about the issue. Blower motor resistor is bad in my 2007 Colorado also. Russian part.

The Chinese replacement is no good either. RECALL ALREADY GM!!!!

Bull motors refused to service my GMC Yukon because it was not purchased at their dealership.I was told if I could drive elsewhere to buy I could go there to get service.I purchased my yukon used Bull did not have a used one like I wanted at the time.I purchased a 1995 gmc z71 from Bull new and had work done on 2006 Hummer.I am disabled and I found my yukon online called Sam McFadin at MaFadin Auto who because of my limited mobility offered to deliver the vehicle with all paperwork.I signed all papers and never left my house.I don,t think GM would like Bull Motor turning away a loyal GM customer.

General Motors in Grand Blanc, Michigan - 2014 Silverado a death trap

First off this is my 7th Chevy Vehicle- I have had the motor mounts replaced twice in this truck under warranty, Has been in the shop for the auto mirrors not working, has been in for several recalls. I brought it in about 6 months ago when I lost power steering on the highway and was told nothing could be found wrong. Now of course it has 74k miles on it and the XM antenna leaking water all on the electronics and extended warranty I paid 3k for wont cover it. (what happens when mold starts?) I have tried to use the extended warranty also on the broken visor inside my truck and they wont do that either. This will be the last GM product I ever buy. Funny how they tell me they wont fix it unless there is sever electrical issues, you think they would want to fix it before that happens.

I understand your frustration, and your situation definitely sounds frustrating and unfortunate, but having water leaks in a 9 year old used car really isn't something that the manufacturer should be expected to get involved with. Unless you can somehow show that the water leaks or mold growth are due to some kind of failure or oversight in the original design of the vehicle, then you're just unlucky, as much as that sucks to hear.

A friend of mine bought a 2008 Audi A4 used, and ended up having to replace the engine due to water damage of some electronics that fried some modules, and destroyed the engine. That wasn't Audi's fault however, and it was handled through a warranty that they purchased when they bought the car from the used car dealer.

I recommend you do some legwork, find out what the cause of this really is, and try to determine if it could actually be something lawsuit-eligible, otherwise, you just have an unfortunate situation, that frankly would be handled in the same way regardless of if the car was a BMW, Kia, Cadillac, or any other car out there.

After many years of having issues with our 2014 Chevrolet Sonic... the engine finally gave out. We had many sensor issues, many electronic issues and the dealer - Bob Steele Chevrolet was incompetent beyond belief... Work that should have been covered by warranty was never done and it ended up in the engine giving out. They proceeded right away to blame us with negligence and say we had to pay $4000 worth of repairs. GM of course sided with them so they didn't have to pay for any repairs... Seriously disappointed... I would suggest staying away from GM products... After being a life long GM customer I will now be looking elsewhere for my next vehicles.

General Motors - 2011 grand sport problems

I have a 2011 grand sport corvette with 16,000 miles. Took my car in for balancing issue and noticed a crack around the air bag while riding passenger for test drive. Dealer advised it was not covered. This is a safety issue. Then the dealer advised I had a ac compressor leak that would cost 3k. 6k total in repairs they tried to get me for. Contacted gm and was advised they didn't care and couldn't help. Neither of these issues should happen on a 2011 corvette with 16,000 miles that's been taken care of. I have purchased 6 new GM's but rest assured this will be mg last.

General Motors in Brandon, Mississippi - AC Part Issue

I have a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. My air conditioner is not cooling properly. I have been informed that the condenser needs to be replace because It has a small leak. I was also informed that a GM part would take about 4 weeks to order. After researching this matter a little further, I am astonished to find out that there appears to be a major problem with the condensers in a number of GM vehicles. This is my 4th GM vehicle that I have purchased over the years. I have been 100% satisfied in the pass. My husband an I researched this vehicle before making the purchase. If parts for a vehicle that is less than 3 years old is on back order, there is a major issue. This is not the service that we deserve after purchasing a vehicle that cost over $60,000.
