Feb. 13th 2018 my truck was diagnosed with a cracked head gasket.
First hurdle was back ordered head bolts. Week later the dealer found some. repairs continued until they tried to start the truck. A electronic module got a power surge and burned out.
Ordered new part only to find out its back ordered again. This time could not find a part. Finally on April 24th the part showed up. Put on April 25th and the truck ran but still not right.
Later that day was diagnosed with a cracked push rod. No new timeline give. During this whole time no loaner and no assistance given to me. I was offered a car.
Big deal. Should I hook my goose neck behind that?
I was told by GM "we are doing everything we can for you.' Really? Maybe its time for GM to give me some straight answers or a new truck!!!!
