New ReviewerI have a 2017 Malibu that i just bought from Victory Chevrolet in Smithville, Missouri. The day I drove it home, when it is cold outside and you try and accelerate from a stop (pulling out in traffic) it has no power.
I have almost been T Boned multiple times! I spoke with someone at GM customer service about the Special policy warranty for this issue and he said I would have no issues with the dealership repairing the problem. I supplied the dealership with the copy of Special warranty N18218****. They said they can't find anything wrong.
I will not drive that car until it is repaired. I don't want to die. All I know is if I get into a wreck GM and Victory Chevrolet is going to be responsible. I am going to put a web camera in car to record so when I am in an accident because the car would not accelerate, my family will have proof there was a problem with the car.
I have also supplied a copy of the GM document N18218**** to my Lawyer.
The dealership sold me this Malibu with a known issue that is very dangerous. Would you want your family driving or riding in this car?
