I had a whining noise in my 2010 Buick. I discussed this with Heritage Buick,11234 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills Md. 21117 on four occasions. They refused to honor the warranty. In addition they would not return my unrepaired auto unless I gave them $500. I think this is extortion! The General Motors area rep.was informed and so was Buick customer service. They were of no help. A Heritage owner listened to my complaint and still wanted the $500. I would encourage all potential customers to steer clear of all Heritage Mile One dealerships. General Motors seems to automatically support dealerships even when they are completely in the wrong.

2011 Chevrolet Traverse Review

I will never buy a Chevrolet again. My Traverse has had electrical problems for 2 yrs and no one can figure what to do. Dealer says call service dept and service dept says call corporate Chevrolet.

General Motors in Oneonta, New York - Dissatified Customer Poor product Buick LaCrossee

I have a 2011 Buick Lacrosse It has only 60,000 miles on it and I have had major brake work, a new water pump , new sensor for the motor, the motor shut down, the air conditioner does not work and now I need the rear brakes done!!!!!!!!! and the sensor ABS warning system is on! I was a champion for the Buick product, now I am not. My husband retired from GM and up until now has. We have owned 3 GM cars in the past 4years. All bought new. I have owned many cars over the years and never have had this much work and they had over 100,0000miles. Is the organization willing to make good on these problems in order to keep me as a customer. I thought I was purchasing a high quality luxury car, that is what you advertise. I look forward to your response before I contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. General Motors in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan - Airbag warning light....chev colorado 2004

I received a recall notice dated Oct 2015 from G.M. a few days ago. Related to airbag dysfunction and possibly seatbelt dysfunction. This was inappropriate and redundant in that their 10 year cut-off for coverage, precluded that I would have any coverage for repairs. I was well within their mileage limit in that in 2009 my chev colorado was unuseable for 4 months while waiting for repair parts because GM was in bankrupsy and they could't purchase the parts. I have contacted G.M. customer service and my dealer. G.M. will not provide any support for repairs. (Ron Jones G.M customer support 1 800 263 3777 ext 2329) . This problem is potenially lethal. I have 108,000 kms on the vehicle that is well within their limit. Their recall was belated , redundant and rediculous. I am presently requesting my dealer/seller to try to approach G.M. ( Rob Anderson 306 667 6299. __ Sherwood Chev Saskatoon. It is an honest dealership we have dealt with for years. Please help, Clark Cadman cadmc@sasktel.net

Details
Just did the 5 year coolant change, the lack of a radiator drain plug requires removal of the lower radiator hose to drain. Location of the radiator hose is directly above the main frame rail and just below the radiator support bracket, lovely! Antifreeze all over the place as it drains right into and over the frame rail. Are you supposed to have a 4 foot diameter bucket handy? Environmentally unfriendly. Next the engine block drain plugs, on this vehicle they are not even visible and would require extensive component removal to access(starter , front axle drive shaft etc). Please send the design team for this vehicle to work for someone else, preferably far far away. (before I buy my next one).

General Motors - 2011 Gmc Sierra Review from Pembroke, Ontario

Hello, I've owned three gmc serria 's the last two being a 2008 and 2011 4.8l. Both the 2008 transmission torque convertor went three months after the warrenty with 10500 Kms an the other my 2011 just went less at 125000 km than 20 days after the warrenty and both were flushed on Time as per the manual and only did little duty occasional towing. I'm extremely disappointed as a long time gmc fan and customer. I will be replacing this truck in December now and am having trouble see how or why I Should buy another gm product. We pay more money for gmc to drive a premium product yet you dont see dodges or fords Replacing torque convertors Around 105 000 km to 130000 km. Both times I got very little concern from the dealer almost as if this was normal or expected. It's unfortunate not only for me but for gm as whole to keep putting out inferior products and not try to compensate or be responsible for their short comings in the interested of keeping repeat customers. Thanks rob k. Hopefully you read this gm and can address this for future customers.

In 5 months since purchase, i have had the truck at the dealership at least 4 times. They replaced my seatbelt tensioner, back entry handle, center console, dome light, and now th overhead console. The truck has a rattle in the dash but i guess this is a characteristic? I am going back to Mopar. My entire family is going to drop the GM nameplate. Junk and *** poor quality. My loaner runs better and has better performance and fule economy

This woman has an attitude problem I expect it has something to do with dealing with men. I brought my car to the dealer based onGM customer care Monique and she claimed that she was in aware of a customer care event even though Monique was still on the line.a day later Brigitte phones to say that the car is way past warranty so forget it. I escalated further and two days later my 2097 impala with 90000km is still not repaired and David from customer car confirms no assistance will be offered. Brigitte does not answer her emails and does not have any respect for gm clients she should be fired! The car has had a few issues that gm says is because either I drive the car too much or not enough( what is this little red riding hood? ) exhaust rusted out 2013 brake rotors 2015 why pay to service the brakes every year if you don't earn your clients they are wearing prematurely ? I encourage everyone who reads this to stay as far away as possible from this dealer and gm. I plan to explore a class action law suit as I expect the company has ripped off more clients for repairs due to design flaws such as leaking gaskets. Buy Toyota these people do not deserve employment!!

General Motors - 2011 Chevrolet Equinox Review

I have had my 2011 equinox serviced at least twenty times. I have had a new engine, transmission, fuel injection system, catalytic converter, gaskets, timing chain, two batteries, and all coils replaced. Now my exhaust manifold has *** Mind you,to have had to take,my vehicle and report the problems at least a handful of times before anyone would actually address the issues. The service department would just give me the car back and say that nothing was wrong. I was told to be grateful that I had a warranty at one point by the service manager Billy Monteverde at the Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs when expressing dissatisfaction and concern with this staff. I have made at least 3 complaints with corporate GM, with a response always given that they will work with the dealership but all final decisions are to be made by them. The same people who couldn't/ wouldn't fix my car after several times of bringing it in, and being extremely rude to me for asking for what I PAID for to be done. I have expressed numerous times I wanted an extended warranty or a buy back with little to no results. I am extreemely dissatisfied, and will never purchase another GM/ Chevy product in my lifetime. I will also make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience to help this from happening to someone else. GM should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. The same customers that supported them not even 4 years ago when they were "bailed" out. We should have let them close their doors. The CEO and vice president were also replaced in 2012, what a difference they have made!
