General Motors in Buffalo, New York - Airbag light seat module

Really as you should notice on the internet all the complaints on this issue above. 2007 Soltice and modular driver seat has to be replaced cause light for air bag stay on. The just quoted me $800.00 REALLY a car that has only 22,00 miles if that! Sorry I ever bought this car. Wake up GM recall this there are enough complaints all over the internet and people not being able to fixit. Unless people have to die first!!!! next time ill buy foreign. First the ignition we had to fear for our lives now this. Can't even get rid of the car no one wants it.

Um yeah taillight lenses are prolly both under $100 to replace seriously if that's all u got to complain about u got an awesome truck!! Look online u can get the lenses shipped and install them yourself ez.

I got a 2015 silverado labor day. 07 september 2015 The dealership LIED about what they would give me for my trade in after the paper work they gave me 1500 they were supposed to give me 2500 made me upset. they LIED about getting me new all terrain tires because the tires on the new truck looked used did not still have not got tires. after the paper work they said the tires are good enough and I would not get new tires. I did not get a second set of keys they said they lost them and would find them so I waited two weeks they told me to come to the dealership they had the keys they did not have the original keys they had a duplicate key made and I had to wait an hour for them to do that. and they still do not know where the original second set of keys are. The sales person told me this truck had on screen navigation and maps it does not. it has on star navigation that means every time I want directions or maps I have to call on star. The dealership said I will not get on screen navigation. I am supposed to get 18 mpg in city and 23 mpg highway.! At best I get13mpg city and 19 mpg highway. THE TRUCK IS MAKING A LOUD TICKING NOISE AND IT DID NOT WHEN i TEST DROVE IT. The dealership said that mpg is because the factory oil is in the engine and after the first oil change the mpg will get better bs. the ticking noise is the fuel injection I have had many and drove many cars and trucks and have never heard any of them sound like this. have emailed and called and been to the dealership. this is a nightmare and the dealership or chevrolet will not help me

Sounds like most of your issues are with the dealership.

Did you get a "We Owe" from the salesman for the tires and was it listed on the sales order?

If not, good luck getting them.

Did you check the operation of the navigation system or notice there was none on the test drive? Was a Navigation system listed on the window sticker?

If not you are out of luck.

Ticking noise is most likely coming from the Direct Injection system which is a bit noisier than older systems. I would go to a different dealer and make sure that a record of the complaint is made, just in case it a lifter or cam lobe.

Do not buy a Chevy car - especially not from Don Hewlett Chevrolet in Georgetown, TX. I believe the service techs tainted my transmission fluid on purpose because I refused to let them do the service maintenance. I've had the same issues (plus new ones) with my 2013 Malibu for an entire year. They are incapable of repairing my car and I have more issues that I did not have before after they make "repairs". The service department is rude and they act as if I chose to buy a lemon and that I should stop brining it to them with more complaints each time. This has been the worse experience I have ever had. This review will be too long if I list every issue and every bad encounter that I've had over the past year with a car that I purchased new. It is definitely a lemon and they should acknowledge that and try to help instead of ignoring my calls, never returning calls or emails and acting as if I'm choosing to have so many problems with a brand new car that I'm stuck paying for.

General Motors in North Charleston, South Carolina - Power steering

We had our power steering fix on Chevy Malibu. Then we received in the mail a recall. We send in the form and receipt to GM. We were told that it had too many miles on the car and that we would not get be paid back for the repairs. We had to get it fix because the car would not start. I was also told that the power steering should not have when out. My husband is retired so we really did nthave the money to get it fix. I am hoping that maybe we can get the money back.

I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade back on July 27, 2015. I have only put 1800 miles on it since then. My door handle fell off like a cheap toy not only once but TWICE in the first month of purchase. I paid around 80,000+ for this vehicle thinking that I was paying for a luxury quality made vehicle. And did I mention the door handle has fallen off TWICE. If I knew that it was this cheaply made and things would fall apart so easily, I would have spent my $$ on a Land Rover that is known for great quality. Now after all of this, the door continues to vibrate as if it is loose. I won't always have a bumper to bumper warranty to fix these problems. The dealer seems to think it is no big deal. This is a safety concern for me and my family and I am very dissatisfied with the car, quality of the car, and customer services failure to help me out in any way.

This is why i will NEVER buy another gm again! Owned 2 escalades and I have a chevy van for work.

My 08 escalade was an absolute nightmare, I seen $3000 cars more reliable than that truck. Lets not even start with the quality, Dash cracked, emblems faded to white within three years old, Peeling A-pillars, went through a couple door handles as well, 55,000 miles the trans went, motor knocked I can go on all day about that truck. I wouldn't buy a range rover because they are a slew of problems as well, If you want money well spent then buy a mercedes benz.

Thats a quality built car, real leather, real wood not plastic with wood printed on like american made junk! Good luck.

2010 Buick enclave power steering making terrible noise. You can hear it ,inside and outside vehicle. Loud noise. Under factory warranty,but guess what, GM, denies warranty. Doesn't cover wear and tear they say. What a rip off !!! Hey, isn't this the company that taxpayers bailed out a few years ago ? GM cars and their service are *** !!!
