General Motors in Leesville, Louisiana - Corvette

We ordered a corvette on July 25th, can't get a word back as if it will be built or not. Today is Sept. 21st not a word as to when or if we will get one. I called GM customer service today. The young lady that helped me was very nice, but was told to have my dealer call them. So nothing They tell my dealer to call his rep, who know nothing. All we want to know GM will you build us a CORVETTE to our speck. All you have to do is just give a time or some thing. This order has been in for 58 days and no word.

I would love to see GM take control and have my dealer find and fix the issue with my trucks Tempature Actuator. you don't allow enough space to explain fully.

I leased a 2014 Sierra the 42,865 They had a sell and I also get a discount, well to make a long story short the lease say I can buy the truck for 25.719 at end of the lease by then I have 23,106 leased payments thus making the truck 49,000 7 grand more than list this doesn't make sense, so I tried to trade it in after 6 months. they said truck was worth 28.000 but how could it be worth 25,719 after 3 and a half years, by there figures I would only owe about 8 grand at the end of the lease, I think the dealership screwed me, and GM should be as angry as me, because if they are screwing and class a buyer what are they doing to the other buyers who don't get a discount. Help

You think that you just drive the car for 3 years for nothing?

You didn't get screwed.

At all.

You agreed to pay a certain amount per month for 3 years of use of the truck.

At the end, you have 3 choices.

1) Turn it in and walk away

2) Turn it in and start over with a new lease on another vehicle 3) Buy it for the price agreed at the beginning of the lease

I guess that's why you stay anonymous, I leased this truck, and I'm a GM retiree, there are certain guidelines, I don't believe they followed those guidlines, sense my last contact with this dealer the salesman has quite, he had 20 years sen. The finance guy has quite also. I need GM to check this out.

General Motors in Campbellford, Ontario - GM Recalls

I have been having a problem with GM Cannot get a response or repairs done for an actual recall!! I Have been waiting since April 2015 .....now Sept 2015. I was told I was on the list for repairs and went back to  look into when they said end of June....still no calls or responses to my calls .... Unbelievable! The recall is for the premature rusting on the doors ..... I Will NEVER BUY GM product again!! Have contacted over and over again to get help and to no avail.....Customer service Sucks! ALSO My  2010 Equinox is having leaking oil issues....mechanic said they put something (gasket or something) wrong in when building it....and no recall either

I am having a similiar problem! But mine is a lease, nobody will help me I have called several times and I get the run around, I have two small children and there is no sencor when the truck is closing, so it will not stop!!!! Very dangous I guess it has to take someone to get badly hurt for these people to help, and my car burns through oil!!!!!! After my lease is ended i will never buy or lease from them because they do not help or stand buy unless there making money!!!!!!!

Order ref 382A00020334. YOU WERE EFFICIENT IN TAKING THE MONEY, WHERE'S THE ORDER? If this was a novel submitted for publication, it would be rejected for being unbelievable. I received a special offer from GM to update my Cadillac navigation map. I tried placing the order via the website shown. At first it was rejected because the card number seemed incorrect, it finally accepted the information, but changed the ship to address to the bill to address. I discovered this in my confirmation email. I immediately called the number provided and in a VERY RUDE response told there is nothing to be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was again told, no one can help you. I again insisted to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for ten minutes to listen to elevator music. Finally the woman came back on the line and asked " are you being helped", when I reminded her that I was waiting, she said I told you we can't help you, and hung up. This is the high point of the story. I called back and again received a quick brush off before they hung up. I called the navigation department, reached a Mr Parker, he stayed on the line for about 7 minutes while I listened to the music. This time after they acknowledged my order,I was told me they could not understand me. I asked the lady what language did she want me to speak, she hung up. I called the navigation dept asked to speak to a supervisor, a so call lead rep, again called and we reached a Mr. Alex C, he would not give his last name. 866-462-8867. He said the order was sent to Tennessee. I called again to the GM navigation dept. reached a sup. was told he would send me a email documenting the events. So far no email. Received a email saying the order was shipped via Fed-x, the tracking number was blank. In summary, I will never order anything from GM, and will pass on my experience to everyone that may benefit from it. Mr Mickens

General Motors in Beachwood, Ohio - Bad Service

I took my daughter, who is in the Army National Guard and a member of USAA, to Tim Lally Chevy (OHIO) and they refused to honor the military discount as well as the USAA discount for a 2015 Impala lease. The manager stated that their price was already low enough and he said that deal is from GM and that they were Tim Lally Chevy (Confused me with that one) . I spent almost an hour with those guys and got the complete run around. I understand that all GM discounts can't be used together but I have not read anything saying that the dealership does not have to honor what we requested. The manager even had the nerve to say they treat all customers equally and I had to ask him, What's the purpose of having a discount for military members if, according to him, everyone already gets good prices from them? I truly make an effort to buy American and I teach my kids the same but this make me want to take her to KIA.

I purchased a 2014 Camaro a year ago and took it in for the ignition recall. When l got my key fobs back the keys were ripped out of the fob and hanging loose from the fob. I paid $45 THOUSAND DOLLARS for this car, l take it in for a recall and l get back tacky cheap *** keys hanging off a ring.Has chevy become sooooo cheap that they cannot return the fob in the same condition that you gave it. I have been a customer all my life, next time l will think twice before going to chevy again. How about fixing this problem. But really how tacky.

General Motors in Perryville, Missouri - GM Injector Problem. GM will not stand behind their product!

All 8 of our injectors went out July 5, 2015. We have a 2004 Chevy Duramax 2500HD. Took 4 of the injectors to a reputable mechanic (which cost me $100) to have them tested. Mechanic said "these 4 are bad and the other 4 probably are too". Called GM complaint dept. Told them we just found out about the special bulletin 04039C. GM Sr. advisor said GM insists that we take it to our local dealership to have all 8 tested. Testing done. ($300) All 8 are indeed bad. GM Sr advisor said "sorry, you are past the deadline for that". So...I wrote an email to the CEO of GM Mary Barra. Her executive assistant called me and said she would look into it. Got my call today, Sept. 2, 2015. "Sorry, you are past the deadline for that." The bulletin stated 7 years from service or 200,00 miles. We only have 99439 miles on it. We feel they should not hold it against us that we do not drive our truck. 7 years ago we only had 45,000 miles on it and had no problems. Thought we were being reasonable with GM and only asking that they replace the 8 injectors. No labor needed as my son can install. GM PRODUCTS SUCK! THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!

In the beginning all we wanted was for GM to pay for the 8 injectors. They can suck it now! GM should pay for the whole thing to be repaired!

General Motors in Walla Walla, Washington - 2014 Malibu 2.0L Turbo

I believe the problem was there when the car was new. Once it got bad enough we took it to the local dealer who said...if the computer did not put a problem code out there was nothing they could do...they checked it out and found the transmission was almost a quart low of fluid. After a long trip we took it to another dealer who had the car on and off for more than 70 days...they verified the problem and replaced an injector. They drove the car about 1000 miles in the process. They actually did something I asked them not to do by allowing an employee to drive the car home each evening trying to replicate the problem. The dealer was good, supplying a loaner car and were very friendly even coming to my home....about 50 miles away to have me replicate the problem which we did. Once the car was "fixed", the car idles at a fast speed when started, about 1300RPM. It also pulls a good bit when increasing speeds to the right or left. The dealer says this is standard for the car....so I went to another dealer and drove a same model with the same engine. None of these problems were evident. It drove very nicely. Our car still has less than 9000 miles and GM has called us several times....we asked for them to replace the car or buy it back. They think the problem is fixed. They are not listening to a customer that started to buy GM brand new cars at the age of 16 and has not had a problem with the purchase of any of those cars over 40 years. We traded in a Toyota to buy this car. I would recommend not buying a Chevy car....stay with the Toyota's. That is what I will be doing next time.

Have not bought a G.M. in over 10 years and my Lexus's are such great cars why would anyone even think of driving the worst car with the worst service in the car industry
