Not sure what to say

I currently own a 2013 ss camaro and am the 2nd owner of this car. I currently have 13k mile on it and am having lifter issues. Is this something that GM is working on replacement of lifters due to flaws?

I called in because a letter arrived at my fathers house concerning my brother who is a minor and was on his retiree plan, since I have custody of him they wanted his SS# updated. this representative named Tabitha was the rudest person you ever did want to met and then when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me I was unable to, then I asked for the corporate office, again she said she could connect me or give me their number either.. so your telling me you department is customer service and you dont have any numbers to other departments? I thought that was your job ..

Transmission

Are there any recalls on the 2011 Malibu with transmission problems. My car is not going over 20 mph and is not going to the next gear. It is like the car is in park and I am pushing down on the gas pedal and going no ware.

Vehicle was fixed.

In March 2016 I purchased new a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from a dealership outside the city I live in. The reason I did not purchase from my local dealership is because I feel that they are in love with their vehicles there. They are so in love with the vehicles on the lot that they do not wish to sell any of them. My local dealership has a take it or leave it attitude with the price. After I purchased my vehicle out of town, I went to my dealerships service dept. and asked if I was gonna have any issues bring my vehicle since I purchased it out of town. I was reassured by the service dept associate that I would not. Well here we are in 2019 and I have had my vehicle in for repair several times. As a matter a fact it is there now Tuesday 08/13/19. I was told to have my vehicle there at 8:00 a.m. so they could get right on it. The vehicle, as asked was dropped of at 8:00 a.m. So the day goes by and I have not heard a word from the service dept. I decided to call at 5:30 p.m. and was told by the service associate that they had not looked at it and they were going to have to keep it overnight so they could get on it first thing in the morning. This is complete BS because this has happened to me several times now. I feel that I am being treated this way because of the out of town purchase.

They put a new oil pan gasket in my sons car. There was nothing wrong with it but the oil pan had to be removed to do 3000 dollars of transmission work. A year and 8 months later the oil pan gasket is leaking. The gasket had a 1 year warranty. Since it was put in they have changed the warranty to 2 years. I bought a new truck from them last year and have spent thousands the last few years fixing my truck and my sons cars there so I thought they could easily stand behind that gasket. They wouldn't. Apparently thats how they treat loyal customers. They forget there are others places we can do buisness with. Since they didnt want to stand behind a 40 dollar oil pan gasket. I went and bought a new car elsewhere. I went there and showed them. The owner said "Get the *** out of here or i'll call the police." Thats real professional. Way to show your true colors. My family and I will gladly spend our money elsewhere.

Don’t buy a Silverado they have multiple problems that dealers do not address

Transmission bucks on my 2019 Silverado with 8000 miles on it and has been doing so since 2000 miles! The driver door almost fell off with hinges coming lose! The horn burned out ! The auto stop makes the engine cough when disengaged

The company does not care about the customer at all. After purchasing a 2015 Chevy Malibu the transmission went just after my warranty was up. Literally 104,000 my warranty was up at 100,000 they do not want to help me at all and get want 4300.00 to fix it. I will never buy a Chevy again. This comp at sucks

Company with little integrity

Purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox LT in August, 2012 when GM had the no discount program in place. Such a ripoff. I seen now I can buy a 2019 LT for the same price or less. Such a disappointment. To top that, I had to be informed by an individual that I own an oil burner. Sure enough, I get online and found a class action suit that I understand has been settled. I had to visit the local dealership every 500 miles for the oil consumption test. It failed and now GM will repair the engine. I have driven mostly GM products for 50 years. I think I am done with a company that has proven itself to have very little integrity. I am one of the lucky that found out the hard 'way. Just think of all the people that didn't and paid out of pocket. If you kept your receipt you might get your money back. So disappointing.

I want to American Corvette, not a European corvette.

I have a corvette z06 2019, I bought it because despite its incipient European stale maintains the character of what we Americans are with its front engine. I'm disappointed to have to imitate and stop being. I will only buy another one when I return the front engine.

Can not believe a 50000 dollar Silverado does not have garage door bottons. my 2010 did but the new 2018 does not. if I bought a Hign Country it would have, but a 50,000 truck not .Unlbelievabel.

emagine my reaction when I was going to program my 2018 Silverado buttons for my garage doors and found there were no buttons. my god, my 2010 had them. then I learn that if I had spent 10,000 plus more I wouls have gotten them. having purchased many GM vehicles this is just not right. I just got the truck and if I didn't like the truck I would take it back and get my old truck back. I would just love to meet the idiot (s) that came up with this customer rip off.

Completely unsatisfied with GM's handling of my vehicles issue

Driving down to FL in Feb my 2018 Terrain had engine light momentarily come on, lost cruise, power locks windows and windows. Dealership in FL said, found nothing all is good. Driving home in March had a complete system failure (their computers words)!! Lost my ability to steer, break, had nothing! Was merging onto expressway at the time, was almost rearended by a semi. They replaced a part, said "we think we fixed the problem". I want a new vehicle as I have completely lost faith in the Terrain, this is my 4th. I am just asking for a new vehicle to finish out the 2 years left on my lease. I am not going to be the first fatality before they admit there is a problem.

I just purchased a 2017 cadillac dts that makes a roaring noise,

I have taking to 2 different Cadillac dealerships. The service advisors are saying it is the tires and other people complains also. If that is so? What brand name tire that I may purchase that would be less noisy. Thank you for feed back.
