To this date I still have NOT gotten any satisfaction. My car is STILL not shifting properly, it still jerks alot, the Tech at a GM dealer said it is NORMAL for my vehicle to get over 5K RPMs before shifting, and shifting hard, I have had my life put in danger 7 times, my Vehicle is falling apart, parts falling down on the bottom and on the inside, this car now has ONLY 7300 miles on it and is nothing but a LEMON.
I have put a sign on in and drive around "Advertising" For GM... Latest from GM Executive offices is that there is NOTHING they can do this is all "NORMAL" well when this NORMAL gets me very badly hurt or God forbit, KILLED, my family will be very well provided for then. I am tired of GM and their attitude of not caring about their LOYAL customers. I even read off all 23 vehicles from GM that have been bought at my household in 12 years time.
GM DOES NOT CARE THEY ARE MAKING JUNK JUNK and MORE JUNK. DO NOT BUY GM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
Original review posted by user Sep 18, 2013I purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse in Dec 2012, in the past 9 months I have put almost a whole 6700 miles on this car and it has tried to kill me 6 times now. The back window was over tempered and had such a horrible glare it was deemed unsafe by my local police department and almost caused me to be in an accident. Buick replaced that. The Link system for the phone, it cost me a 40K a year job because of THREE updates that should have been put on it while sitting on the lot before I even bought it. Then on my way home from getting dinner one night, the transmission went out, there was NOTHING, my car stopped in the middle of one of the BUSIEST intersections in my ara, an 18 wheeler baring down on me almost hitting me broad side, thank God he saw I was not able to move and He did. Then the front air deflector fell off as I was driving down the interstate at 70 MPH came off the passenger side, went up under my driver side front wheel and almost tipped my car over. Now my vehicle jerks from the transmission, it won't shift, gets up to over 5K RPM and I have to put it in manual mode and drive myself, it gets sluggish and wont move when needed and does not perform as it should EVER. I have called GM and had SIX SR's opened, they have closed them ALL and done NOTHING for me. You would think that with a family that has had 23 YES TWENTY-THREE GM Vehicles in 12 years that they could get some loyalty shown in return. Government Motors does NOT care about the customer ONLY Their pockets. I am waiting for this POS to cause me bodily injury so I can rename the company because I own it. The last so called customer service rep I spoke with was nothing but rude and incompitant, she needs to be fired and never hired in any sort of customer service job ever again. I have tried contacting many people at GM and to no avail they do not care, the CEO making over 11 million a year needs to take some sort of responsibility for the company He runs. I Doubt he would let his wife or child drive a POS such as this 2012 LaCrosse they sold me. They don't even understand that my buying a GM pays their paycheck, I had to explain the way it does. I buy from a dealer, the dealer buys from them so if people stop buying from dealers they stop buying from GM and GM goes under and the dumb-*** are out of jobs. I AM SO DONE!! I cost them at least 3 sales yesterday by telling my story because people love my car and I can not tell them i love it to go get one, I have to tell the truth and tell them to GO BUY NISSAN!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM GM THEY SUCK!!!!!! I say my loss is the total purchase of around 34K but to fix everything I am sure it is around 8K.
