Original review posted by user Jun 08, 2013we have purchased a general motor car bearing no pb08bj 0197 jalandhar from aakriti motor jalandhat one of its dealer its a chevrolt spark .. this car have got so many problems to me ..it run only 37700 kms and had heavy engine problem the dealer have asked us for 35000 rupees to get it solved plz take the action accordingly as we dont want to be with this company. aakriti world have looted us and misguided us .. they people even dont want to respond to our queries regarding our car pb08bj0197...dealer himself given 100000kms guaranteee/warranty of the vehicle its but engine got damaged in one third of it .. which is not fair and looted us..

I'am going to start with the last and work forward. 2012 I had my 2004 silverado inspected so I through. Fairfield Auto Group Lewisburg Pa. A few months later A friend told me that I needed to get inspected. Well they did ,but they never put a sticker on the truck.I was to have free inspections for as long as I had the truck. I had to take it to Paul stine in Selinsgrove so it could be reinspected.Then the same dealer mi9n Lewisburg, did a brake job that less than 15 thousand miles later I need to replace the rear brakes,, and front rotors. then the time they riped my door panel on drivers side. There is a lot more too this story, but it's taking me for ever to type this little bit. But to make a long story short, I always had Chevy trucks, or at least a Chevy car. Make a long story short never again will I buy another, or use a Chevy dealer.

Original review posted by user Jun 05, 2013Since owning this vehicle I have had problems with the power train and acceleration. When turning the ignition key to start, the vehicle goes into reverse and slams into gear then comes to a complete stop. Also, when turning a corner and giving it gas it does not pick up speed when you press on the pedal; it is delayed and then slams into gear. The vehicle shifts out of park without application of the brake pedal while the key is off and the vehicle has rolled forward. GM has stated that this is a normal operation for this vehicle. The Attorney General has been contacted regarding this matter as well as GM. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Please advise.

I recently got rid of my 2010 Sierra because it was literally a pile of junk. I'm in the process of getting rid of my wife's 2009 Acadia because it is also a pile of junk. Thanks to GM's awesome products, I will NEVER buy another!!!!! The last 5 GM vehicles my wife and I haves owned have had a total of over $5500 in repairs. Some warranty, some out of pocket. Also, I was a very loyal GM customer owing nothing but GM products but I promise I will never buy another. Thanks for screwing the middle class, hard working people by selling junk!!!!!
General Motors in Deerfield Beach, Florida - 2010 Equinox
It's apparent there is a serious flaw with the 2010 Chevy Equinox. When I researched this vehicle I didn't come across any of these reviews. The day I purchased the car - used with 49,000 miles - the check engine light came on. The dealership I purchased it from - 3 hours away from home - suggested it was because they pressure washed under the hood. I took it to my local Chevy dealership and they couldn't figure it out, but the light went off. As soon as we drove off it came back on. They finally figured out it was an O2 sensor. My car would run after we shut it off and one mechanic told me that was normal. It wasn't. After they replaced the sensor I had no problems until 60,000 miles. Now my car knocks and burns a full quart of oil in about 1500 miles. I have my service records to show I religiously change my oil at 3000 miles. In order to "prove" I have a problem my Chevy dealership has to change my oil and then I will have to take it in at 1000 mile increments for measure. I have all the time in the world to spend on my car - not. It sounds like GM knows and just doesn't care!
General Motors - Saturn ignition switch locks up
2007 Saturn Vue purchased used in 2011. Two months after purchase, ignition switch locked up. Took to local dealership and had switch replaced for $495.00. Within 30 days, dealership had to replace it again at no charge. Now, 13 days ago it locked up again and replaced it again at my expense. Today it locked up again. I've seen a host of sites with the same complaint. GM takes no responsibility and will not do a recall on it. I've talked to GM's customer service and haven't managed to get anywhere nor talk to anyone who speaks English without an accent. What about a class-action lawsuit? Might not get much per person out of them, but they sure would have to pay a lot.
General Motors in Mill Valley, California - 2010 Equinox - worst vehicle ever
My wife and I loved our 2010 Equinox LTZ, until around 60,000 miles. That's when our air conditioner stopped working and our navigation system glitched out. Luckily both were covered under extended warranty. We blew our first transmission soon after, at around 64,000. It was fixed under warranty. 4,000 miles later that transmission blew out. GM would not provide new transmissions, instead opted to replace what was broken. The dealership that replaced the second transmission refused to acknowledge at first that there was a transmission problem, until after 2 days, they drained the transmission fluid and found metal shards within. They returned my vehicle to me after 2 weeks with a flat tire!....and then refused to acknowledge they made it go flat. Now our vehicle shakes whenever we put it in reverse, which the dealership told me is normal. They also caused a popping noise to occur every time we turn the wheel from the left to right. Oh, and the forgot to tighten the subframe bolts, so when I stopped the car would shift. I have spoken numerous time to GM corporate, but they pass me off to district managers who just refuse to follow up. I will never buy a GM again!

I am the owner of a 2000 chevy Malibu i purchase this vehicle in October 2001. I take pride in my vehicles and i like GM products i have tried other brands b ut i always came back to GM. Ihave notice a problem with the area at the gas cap it is rusted i have seen this on many other cars the same areas and the same model as mine. i think there should have been a recall on this problem this may lead to a class action law suit. something should be done. I started having suspension problems in June,2012 when there were 12,000 miles on my Aveo and it was under warranty.The Victory Chevy dealer told me they couldn't find the problem? There was front end creaking when going over bumps,turning or parking At Low Speeds. I drove the car until Feb. 2013 when the noise was too loud to ignore.The car had less than 20,000 miles.I called GM customer assistance and since that time have taken the car to local dealer trying to get the problem fixed. New strut,new bearing,new control arm.At the same dealer I was told tires with less than 20,000 miles were also worn out,replaced at my large expense,plus the alignment the dealer had said they would pay for.They couldn't get the right rear into alignment and said it would cost 230.00 to do so,a car with less than 20,000 miles. Now,as of yesterday,Customer Assistance says they don't owe me a car to drive during repairs,my warranty has expired and I need to take to local dealer for repairs.Yes,the car is still not fixed,after all that has been done,the noise is as bad as ever.The local dealer has backed off and GM seems to have lost interest in a car they mfg. and sold that now has less than 21000 miles. They want to know why there is little confidence in their products.Because there is no back up when there is definitely a mfg. problem that needs to be fixed.No more buying with good faith,no selling with good faith of their cars. I had previously driven a Chevy for 10 years,traded for Aveo,and will Never buy another Chevy.Not because problems arise,but because now I will never trust them to stand behind their cars.

I have had the Terrain for almost 3 months and I never even come close to getting the MPG that GMC claims the Terrain gets. The best I have ever gotten was 23.2 and that was on a road trip with all highway miles. I used to have a hybrid escape until my husband totalled it so I know how to drive a car to maximize gas mileage. I looked for areplacement for months for a SUV or crossover with good gas mileage. I finally decided on the 2012 4cyl FWD GMC Terrain because it claimed to get 32 MPG on the highway. I typically average about 18-20 MPG. I would have NEVER purchased this car if I had known that I would never come close to the estimated MPG. I will never buy a GMC again...they are dishonest. Sign me up for the class action!
