General Motors in Madison, Wisconsin - GM custome No Service

GM will not help you if you purchase a bad vehicle from them. Their customer service is trained so well you can't ever talk to anyone but the original person you contact. Try to get a manager..someone who can actually do something...not a chance. General Motors is not an American Company. Most of the people you get on the phone barley speak English. To sum it up...don't expect to get anywhere with GM if you purchase a bad vehicle from them. The best they will do or you is to offer you a rebate on a new vehicle. Take the hit and get rid of the GM while it still is worth something.

I have already made the decision to NOT buy another GM or Chrysler product. I have had so many American vehicles, I cannot count them.

But, no more.

Buy a Honda, Toyota, etc. They are now made here in the southern USA.

Suzanne M. Nagel is working at Brookwood golf course and receiving GM disability benefits at the same time. I'm pretty sure the company would not like knowing this woman has been earning substantial money while being paid to be off work. I was wondering what the...

I am a friend of Suzie's. There is always a hater in the woodpile.

I can say she was a dear friend, a good mother, and a good companion. Rest in peace Suzie.

General Motors in Rochester, New York - Screwed retire

I retired from GM and between them and U.A.W. they have taken most of our benifits away so to show them they need us i will never buy G.M.or anything the U.A.W. has and advise others to do the same.I hope this gets back to them.We as retires do not have the right to vote on a contract so they(G.M.and U.A.W.) gives us the shaft ,we are the ones that walked the picket for safty and a fair pay but the employs forgot the retires when voting.

General motors

I purchased a 2009 GMC 1500 truck with a 4.3 motor, the sticker said I would get roughly 19.5 city 26.5 highway well at the best I get 19.7. A couple of miles here and there but not that much it seem they have not come very far with gas consumption. When I went to my dealer they said that was under controlled condition, well no one drivers under controlled they should be tested under a normal driving condition. I feel this is false advertisement, my truck is a pig on gas. My truck should last a long because it is to costly to drive it.

I've owned 3 new GMC Sierra 1500 PU trucks with 4.3 V6, 2003, 2005, 2008, and all 3 had stickers around 19 city and 21 Highway, you said 1500 which is a full size truck, and there has never in history a full size pickup with a window sticker of 26.5 highway.

If you're talking about the mid size GMC canyon, I don't know the figures on them.

General Motors in Toronto, Ontario - I purchased a GMC instead of a FORD

My recent experience buying a new truck was not what I expected? I have always bought a ford pick-up since I could drive. I currently own a f150 crew cab 4x4 fx4 2004. I wanted to buy a new truck and of course use this as a trade. I went to 4 different dealers, one we deal with all the time. The dealer we delt with for years kept trying to push me to buy a truck I did not want every time we met, the same truck. I had all the requirements I desired in a truck, and still that truck always came into the picture. So I went to three other dealers , every dealer said the same thing "WHY DON'T YOU GO LOOK AT THE TRUCKS WE HAVE PICK ONE OUT AND WE'LL MAKE A DEAL". Not asking what I want ,and this time I had the specs on paper. Not one took a look at them. I received a letter in the mail from a local GM dealer, huge blow out sale.Spin the wheel and win a prize even if you don't buy. I went and to my surprise they looked at all my desires and specs . When I left I did not buy I went back to my ford dealer whom we buy from all the time,PERSONAL and BUSINESS. To my surprise he tried for the last time to push me on that blue truck,I was so pissed that my father went down to talk and they tried that blue truck again. After he left cussing and swearing I went and purchased a GMC.I don't know if I will be happy because like I said I always drove a FORD. Only time will tell. Thank you for reading WAYNE

General Motors in Monroe, Georgia - GM told us to leave his rv store

Because I did not buy from RV World of GA, they will not stand by fleetwoods warranty.I bought my unit for $10,000 less then there asking price. I scheduled an appointment with the service manager and spent 1 1/2 hours with him to write the order. Apparently the GM recognized my family, sent the Service Tech back to us stating that they would not work on our unit and we needed to leave. As we walked out the door we heard the comment "got you back". The most unpleasant and unprofessional place I have ever done business.

General Motors in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Who can you trust

GM is has the worst warranties ever. I have a 2008 Malibu ls I need a catalytic converter. Comes to find out one of there warranties cover it.they charge you a arm and a leg for car note. And there parts wear off fast.they warranties only cover minor parts.its seems like to me you can't trust no one with your money. If it want for us they wouldn't have no business. Windshied wipers no good you have to buy that at the dealship only.i had to get the front and back breaks fix. Sad

General Motors in New Haven, Michigan - No Support At All

I am extremely dissatisfied with my vehicle; I seriously doubt that I will ever buy another GM vehicle, and I am actively encouraging my family and friends to not buy GM vehicles either. I work as a vice-president of quality for one of your suppliers; at the time we bought our Malibu, I supplied many components on that vehicle as well. Because I do a great deal of travel helping with quality issues, most of it from GM assembly plant to GM assemby plant, I put a lot of miles on my vehicle. I had started noticing things that were not right with my car, such as the steering wheel off-color, the HVAC fan squeaking, the steering wheel with two huge wear spots on the foam wrap, and recently the check engine light came on. I pushed the OnStar button for a diagnostic, and I was told something was wrong with my fuel system. So I called my dealer to get these things taken care of. Well, I couldn't get my car in right away (again, taking care of GM business), but when I did, I was told that I couldn't be helped because my vehicle was now out of warranty by 1,000 miles. MY CAR HAD 16 MONTHS IN SERVICE! For all these things to go wrong after just 16 MIS and GM to not do anything about it is just irresponsible. I called some folks at the GM VEC in Warren and I can't seem to get any help there either. So, I'm putting my car up for sale and I will be driving into the VEC and various GM assembly plants in a new Lincoln MKS or a Jaguar XF. I wanted to drive a car that I supply parts for (I am also a supplier to the LGR Cadillac plant), for GM won't support their product.
