my brand new top of the line silverado does not work with my samsung galaxy s6. the calls get dropped, or cannot be heard, and it constantly unpairs the phones.
i have made many complaints, brought it in twice and wasted hours on the phone with customer service. they say i should buy a new phone. that is totally the wrong answer- they should give me a new truck or my money back. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GM PRODUCT.
THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK,THEY DO NOT TRY TO HELP IN SERVICE . THEY DO NOT CARE AND THEY KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM.
THE SECOND SERVICE DEPT DID 2 UPGRADES AND SAID I SHOULD BUY A NEW PHONE- THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD TO ME WHEN I WAS BUYING IT. BUT OF COURSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST ENOUGH TO DO THAT
