General Motors in Chesaning, Michigan - Completely unsatisfied with GM's handling of my vehicles issue

Driving down to FL in Feb my 2018 Terrain had engine light momentarily come on, lost cruise, power locks windows and windows. Dealership in FL said, found nothing all is good. Driving home in March had a complete system failure (their computers words)!! Lost my ability to steer, break, had nothing! Was merging onto expressway at the time, was almost rearended by a semi. They replaced a part, said "we think we fixed the problem". I want a new vehicle as I have completely lost faith in the Terrain, this is my 4th. I am just asking for a new vehicle to finish out the 2 years left on my lease. I am not going to be the first fatality before they admit there is a problem.

Bought 2017 chevy silverado ltz z71 with trailor package only to find out it does not have a trailer brake controller and to make matters worse you cannot buy a factory Dash mounted trailer brake controller for the truck without spending a lot of money $1,000 or more so I ended up having to put a aftermarket trailer brake controller on myself mounted down below the dash and looks terrible what in the *** was GM thinking when you pay $50,000 for a truck and they can't put a trailer brake controller on it from the factory

General Motors in Jacksonville, Florida - Breaking door handles on my Escalade

I have a 2010 Cadillac Escalade and purchased it from Fields Cadillac in Jacksonville Florida. I've had to replace three door handles (2-Jax. / and 1- Georgia) since purchasing in 2013. I do not think GM take this issue serious as being a safety issue. It only tales one death due to these faulty door handles where a person's life could have been saved. You can best believe after being a witness to this defective product, I will do whatever is possible to see GM pay for a faulty product they shrug their shoulders. I'm fortunate to be able to spend the $300 immediately for the repair because of my family's safety. Not everyone can afford the rip-off fees charged by GM. This is the last GM vehicle I will ever purchase.

General Motors - GM Warranty

I bought a 2015 Silverado brand new. just over 3500 miles the BCM shorted out because of a pinched wire in the courtesy light system. The wire was pinched AT THE FACTORY when the right hand sun visor was installed. The dealer had the truck over a month and when I picked it up I was charged $800 dollars and told it was not a warranty issue. SERIOUSLY??? NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE??? 3500 MILES??? I took this matter clear up to GM Corporate just to be told that they were sorry but there is nothing they could do. In order to be called a "warranty" wouldn't it need to be something they will honor?
