DO NOT BUY FROM GENERAL MOTORS. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Promises to "make things right" but here I am, out $2000. They offered me $500 GM Points which can ONLY be used on GM products, so that's not helpful as I will never be buying a GM product again. They never answer the phone, you get passed around to different people who refuse to help you. The employees don't have any idea what is going on.

You ask to speak with a manager and that never happens. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The service was not performed as requested for the warranty from Doug Henry Chevrolet GMC. I requested assistance with getting a refund and was told I had to go to another dealership to have them look at it before they could fix it. There was a caveat that I still might not get my refund for the initial visit. At the moment, I cannot tow anything with my $70,000 truck because I can't hook up the lights for it. This is definitely a warranty issue.

I have additional lights on the back for reverse elimination when I back up to 24 to the 05. Both sets of lights will work when plugged into the 05; however, neither set will work when plugged into the 24 Silverado.

The video I have is oversized by 128 MB, which means I can't send it. The video demonstrates that I tried every configuration, and the only light that would light up on the tester was the 12 V auxiliary power. To me, the receptacle is situated too far back in the mold and should just be replaced. However, Doug Henry was focused on my aftermarket lights and not the actual problem.

Worst experience with GM and Cadillac, not able to fix my problem, wasted my time, lots of stress, depressed, mechanic not able to fix it, even he doesn't know what happened to the car, why the brake doesn't stop properly.

Next car I buy, has to be made in America and parts supply needs to be checked for availability. I'm not happy buying a new Chevrolet Trax and 4 months later can't get parts for repair.

I have a 2020 Chevy Blazer that is having a shift to park issue. It really should be a recall and it is not. I am not happy with GM right now and would not purchase another one or recommend one to anybody. They really do not know how to make their customers happy.
