Oct.28, 2025 The agent from general motors time ran out, she was to call me back in 30 minutes. I did not receive the call and will call again today.The timing was somewhat my fault I am older and could not go fast.

The representive was very courteous in taking my cocompliant of the condition of my vehicle and the mishandling of the work that was done on it. But there was NO satisfactory out come.

As a son of a former employee of GM how's father retired from GM with over 35 + years of services and the same with two other uncles who have retired from GM. The service i received from GM and there Crestmont Buick GMC Dealership was poor and unacceptable.

The issue with my vehicle was not resolved and the outcome was unsatisfactory! I do not wish to start buying foreign vehicle's but the Ownership and management have left me dissillusioned with the whole GM franchise.

The worst customer service I ever had nobody is letting when my transmission will be delivered to the Chevy dealership been waiting the first on the sent was no good so I'm waiting on a new one to charge 11 grand and give such poor service with no date on arrival I would never buy a GM car again!

I never drive this car. They have my car for 7 months. When I picked up my car they said me to buy a battery. I pay 247$ they don’t check the brakes on the car. I just bay a car and I paying for fixing. Is not a good experience for me

The customer experience team i spoke to was friendly but they are no more than messengers. GM will not allow me to speak to a decision maker. They are facing a class action lawsuit for faulty transmissions in my year model truck. They offered me $320 in assistance on a $6,393 repair bill. It has become widely known that these transmissions are inadequate for their purpose. GM needs to do the right thing.
