General Motors in Miami, Florida - I want to American Corvette, not a European corvette.

I have a corvette z06 2019, I bought it because despite its incipient European stale maintains the character of what we Americans are with its front engine. I'm disappointed to have to imitate and stop being. I will only buy another one when I return the front engine.

General Motors in Jacksonville, Florida - Breaking door handles on my Escalade

I have a 2010 Cadillac Escalade and purchased it from Fields Cadillac in Jacksonville Florida. I've had to replace three door handles (2-Jax. / and 1- Georgia) since purchasing in 2013. I do not think GM take this issue serious as being a safety issue. It only tales one death due to these faulty door handles where a person's life could have been saved. You can best believe after being a witness to this defective product, I will do whatever is possible to see GM pay for a faulty product they shrug their shoulders. I'm fortunate to be able to spend the $300 immediately for the repair because of my family's safety. Not everyone can afford the rip-off fees charged by GM. This is the last GM vehicle I will ever purchase.

General Motors in Cocoa, Florida - Warranty work DENIED

After many years of having issues with our 2014 Chevrolet Sonic... the engine finally gave out. We had many sensor issues, many electronic issues and the dealer - Bob Steele Chevrolet was incompetent beyond belief... Work that should have been covered by warranty was never done and it ended up in the engine giving out. They proceeded right away to blame us with negligence and say we had to pay $4000 worth of repairs. GM of course sided with them so they didn't have to pay for any repairs... Seriously disappointed... I would suggest staying away from GM products... After being a life long GM customer I will now be looking elsewhere for my next vehicles.

General Motors in Orlando, Florida - Ripped off! Taken advantage of!!

My Father and mother were in Orange Lake on Vacation when the Transmission Line broke by the starter. I was there on my vacation when this happened and clearly it was noticeable that it was just 1line that was broken. It was my last night there or I would have gone to the parts store and got the supplies to fix it myself.....a 20 minute fix at most to get them by until they got home to Canada. The resort recommended the dealer saying that shops around were horrible to deal with, but clearly the Dealer saw them coming and are gouging them to the hilt!! They claim they need 3 lines for the tranny cooler? there are only 2? and it was clear that 1 was damaged, a person blind in 1 eye and can hardly see out of the other could tell it was 1 damaged line. There bill is going to be $960USD and in Canadian funds that is currently $1100CND. I called the local dealer up here and they said the max would be $700 they would charge!!! Right now their truck is stuck at the Dealership in Kissimmee FL.

General Motors in Jupiter, Florida - REFUND ON SERVICE CONTRACT

I sold my 2012 Impala LTZ VIN:2G1WC5E38C1179066 on 4/21/16 with 21,125 odometer reading. I purchased the vehicle at Schmacher Chev Northlake Blvd.Lake Park, Fl, (dealer 91275) When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased a Protection Plan (Fidelity Warranty Services Deerfield FL) that covered my vehicle for 7 years or 70,000 miles. I took my contract to the dealer and spoke to one of the finance mgrs. I signed the cancellation request and the Finance person did also. I asked when I can expect my refund for the unused portion of the contract. He told me 6-8 weeks. He signed the Cancellation form and said he would fax it to Fidelity Warranty. I have made 6 phone calls to the Finance Dept at Schumacher and left messages all 6 times. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACK YET. My messages included dates, year, make, model and VIN. I also left my name and 2 contact numbers. Today I left a message for the Sales Manager again explaining everything.NO CALL BACK. I called Fidelity Warranty today. They have no record of my cancellation request. Therefore, I will follow up myself and fax them all the necessary paper work, This will take another 4+ weeks before I can get my refund. You can tell Schmacher I will bad mouth the dealership. They have no concern that this deal was a GMS. my husband is a GM Retiree. We have always purchased or leased Chevy's.
