General Motors - GM has no consideration for customers!

GM stinks! They don't honor their warranties or contracts. They fix nothing! It's under warranty so they make no money! These are independent contractors who answer to know one. These guys are rude crude and obnoxious at these dealerships better be extra nice or your car will come back dirty full of mud and scratched!

General Motors - Vehicle not repaired

I have a 2015 spark with 58000 miles, that has a loud lifter noise. Took it to a gm dealer to have repaired under warranty. They kept it 6 weeks, said they took the valve cover off and everything looked good, that they couldn't find no problem. Finally after 6 weeks picked vehicle up, lifter noise( very loud) still there. Gm can stick their service and this car, will never buy GM again. Im sure that if I was to take it back to a dealer after the warranty runs out , they would have no problem finding the problem.

If you turn off the air conditioning and wait a few hours and go back out and start the car the air comes on. You have to turn it off. Now we are in a Early resolution with GM.. Anyone else ever had this problem. If so a Class action law suit might be the way to go....

Your comment about paying alot of money for a bumper to bumper warranty is confusing. If the car was purchased new then you have an automatic, free warranty for 3 years, 36k miles.

In any event, do a web search for camero, a/c problems, etc.

and see what results come in. Sounds like an electrical or bad sensor or even a computer-related problem, but who knows?

THEY MISS TREAT ME LIES TO ABOUT MY REPAIRS MANGER JUST NOT SURE HOW DEALSHIPS CAN BE SO WRONG BADLY TO CUSTOMER WHO COME FOR THERE SERVICE MY TRANSMISSON WENT OUT CHEVROLET IMPALA 2011 GENERAL MOTORS SAID THEY WAS GOING TO HELP ME NOW TELL ME NO ASSISTANCE NO MORE BUT I CAR ALREADY AT DEARLERSHIP SERVICE DID A BRAKE DOWN ON TRANSMISSON ASK OF 09/28/2016 I GOT $100 RECEIVING FOR ESTIMATE ON MY CAR I MAD ABOUT THEM CHANGE THEY MIND AT LATE TIME THEN GENERAL MOTORS SAID BECAUSE I MOVE MY CAR FROM OTHER DEALERSHIP AND OTHE DEAL TOLD THEY NOT FIX MY CAR THEY DON'T WON'T MY SERVICE.
