Now my catalytic converter has gone out. 6 months over the warranty and 41,000 under the warranty. So because I don't drive my car daily they won't cover a part that they knew was faulty! It really bothers me that when it comes down to buying a car, they are so nice to you but when it comes down to needing their help; they forget what customer service really means. I'm very unhappy with their business practices. I never was treated this way by Dodge/Chrysler. Because my car is past the 5 year powertrain warranty, GMC refused to pay for it.
