The company does not care about the customer at all. After purchasing a 2015 Chevy Malibu the transmission went just after my warranty was up. Literally 104,000 my warranty was up at 100,000 they do not want to help me at all and get want 4300.00 to fix it. I will never buy a Chevy again. This comp at sucks

As the client alluded to, we are waiting for the client to get back to us with the code scan results and the email detailing the steps that he has taken. General Motors in Kingston, Ontario - 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche nightmare

Purchased this truck from dealer used as a optimum used gm certified truck 150 point inspection. Now 11 months later, transmission failed 3,300 dollars then oil pressure sending units fails 600.00, then universal joint, lower ball joints,control arms and bushings ,cracked dash,speakers quit,brakes replaced,both front hub assemblies and actually had three four wheel alignments,truck consumed oil from the beginning. I have spent 8,600 in repairs in three years with only 32,000 kms of use. I honestly stopped driving it because you could not trust this truck. Should have purchased a Toyota . This truck put me in some dangerous situations during cold weather buy unexpected engine power shutdowns. Always serviced and repaired at dealer.

RE: 2008 Chevy Equinox The transmission developed valve issues which took 2 weeks to finally get the vehicle back. No Charge. > However still having issues such as the doors and locking, unlocking, opening issue which developed after the car was bought and they still have not repaired this. Come on guy's tell the so--called Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty that you reported it to them as Pre-existing which was a mistake and get them fixed or fix them as YOU Reported Them Incorrectly. GM's contract with their franchises needs to have an over-rule clause so as to get these type of issues resolved. > Engine Light coming on , the dealer says it is an oil pressure sensor: So we could not take care of this while we had the car for 2 weeks repairing the tramsmission. GM: You are losing LIFE TIME CUSTOMER'S, simply because your Franchises are not taking care of your products properly. OH wait --YOU DON'T CARE. Promises made by Dealer & Sales Staff mean nothing.

I am curious, which gasket was it? GM's rebuilt transmissions are normally sealed units , they even come with fluid inside. Something does not make sense.
