General Motors - I am driving Chev utility 2015 and I bought brand new from the dealership since 2017 the vehicle it giving me *** alot of problems.
On December 2017 the vehicle had the engine failure and it was towed to Key Mobeni, Durban, Kwazulu Natal after a week or so it doesn't start ands again I took it for 75000 service with the dealership and they pick up that gearbox need to be fix prior fixing gearbox the vehicle had knock the engine again. so please give me advice what to do now?
when I contacted customer services I was told the vehicle will be checked after 2/3 working days amd I must phone them back meanwhile I am using public transport and the most sad my shift it awkward as I work 12 hour shift and now I have to follow the queue in the taxi ranks. Why did I buy brand new car in the first place if I have to suffer.
