I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali new. It is now 6 years old.

I have changed the oil and had regular maintenance done to the vehicle. I have 93,800 miles. My timing chain went out as well as my struts. GM offered me $250.00 of the $3800.00 to fix the issues.

I was told by 2 local repair shops that my vehicle needs a new engine! Of course the local GM dealership did not agree. But later told me to get rid of it as i will have more issues moving forward. I paid $46,000 for this vehicle.

There are many review on different forums and consumer affairs related to this issue. I have owed a Tahoe and Silverado.

We buy all GMC vehicles for our business. I will NEVER buy another GM vehicle again.

General Motors Cons: Quality of the vehicle, Quality of products, Poor quality in workmanship and after service, That this electrical failure has not been a recall issue, How much i paid for such a cheaply made vehicle.
