General Motors - Pontiac Grand Prix Review from Newark, New Jersey
GM has terrible customer service. It takes days for anyone to return a call or an email. They have no customer appreciation. I've been dealing with a saftey recall and have been left without transportation for almost 3 weeks. GM says they "would have " paid for a rental but i only have liability on my current policy. Which i know there is insurance offered through rental companies! You know its great custimer service when you have been trying to resch an actual person all week then they get back to you at 5pm on friday.. ( by email )

General Motors - 2010 Chevrolet Camaro Review from Millville, New Jersey
DO NOT BUY ANY GM PRODUCT!!!!!! I have 2010 camaro rs v6. The car has 28,000 miles! It has been overly maintain through its life! Oil changes every 5 weeks! Plugs and air filters every 5,000 miles! My check engine light comes on, i check the code, its the timing chain!! How the *** does a car with less than 30,000 miles need a timing chain? Of course my warranty is up so i call around for a est. $2500!!!! Thats just the the timing chain! I was told there is a good chance that my cams oil pump and multiple other parts may also need replaced, pushing the price to $5000!!! After some research i find out gm knew the chain was *** from the start but never did a recall? Yet i get recall letters on nearly a daily basis for my keys and a light bulb by the back bumper that may get hot and melt some paint??? Im sad to say GM no longer gives a *** about their product or their customers! I know it does not bother a huge company like Gm but i will never buy another car from them again! Im going monday morning and trading in my wifes brand new malibu for a honda!

I own a 2015 Chevy 2500 6.0. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made, 4 times back to dealership in 2 months totaling 11 days in shop. I will never buy another GM product or from Apple valley Chevy in martinsburg wv again.

General Motors - 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Review from Livingston, New Jersey
While driving my 2009 Chevy Malibu I Experienced a complete system shut down. I had an Engine Reduction, Traction Reduction and System Reduction message that appeared at which time my car just shut off, luckily I got out of Traffic in time. I have researched this and there are a lot of other GM owners that have had this happen. Most say its the Throttle Sensor. This is my First and Last GM Car.....I have spent too much money in this car!

door handles interior doors broke forgot keys inside my home, 90 degrees in CORPUS CHRISTI tx couldn't roll Windows down.

Then called to say for deal to work revised Lot $23,831 said rebates from GM conflicted my card is original one. Make best deal on any vehicle, then swipe your GM Card for GM dollars to be deducted from final agreed price. I bought the car last day but am out $831.00!

We were driving home along a highway Sunday night. The check battery charging system light came on then went off. the Stabilitrak light came on then went off.Then all the lights interior & exterior went off along with all electrical.The headlights came back dim. Going up a hill the engine went off I was able to coast to a business I had no power steering or brakes. I coasted enough to get into the driveway & eventually stopped. I was on a very dark & deserted section of road when this started. I had my Daughter Elderly father & Husband in the car. If we went on to the other route we could have been killed. We had to get towed to the dealer who now says nothing is wrong.There had to be something wrong. A vehicle less than 2 years old should not just dye. This is a new problem. Last week it was jerking forward on it's own. I hate this vehicle. I want something done before someone gets seriously injured or worse.

Gm customer service and products suck! When you call to file a complaint they start out with a nice American girl that says you have a good case, then turns you over to a "specialist" , which is actually a foreign call center. The government and the taxpayers bailed out gm and they don't care about their products or customers. I will never buy another gm product. It's a shame, I really wanted to support the American economy and buy American made, but the product and customer service are not worth it. You think you are buying a luxury vehicle when you buy a Cadillac, but it is really just an American made piece of ***!
General Motors in Newark, New Jersey - 2002 impala Say B-Bye
This POS has caused me undescribable pain. i have owned this turd with wheels for 2 years here is what i have had to fix. 1.Starter 450 bucks 2. Security system locks out igntion, car wont start (leaves you stranded) 250 bucks for electronic Bypass did it myself or would have been 500 bucks. But it never stranded me again. 3. Drivers side wheel hub with abs senor. 400bucks 4.Catalytic Converter 350 bucks 5.Instrument cluster not working right (This was fixed by place that sold me this POS under warrenty(first 30 days after sale) 6.CV shaft and the same hub and bering that was changed 3 months ago 550 dollers. All other repairs were made after used car warenty ran out. Don't by one of these cars or you will be sorry. I still have a 92 caprice which is a wonderfull, comfortable reliable car which has nothing in common with this imposter of a car. How dare you besmerch the Impala name by using it on this this shitbox. I hope this thing ends up in Soulth America as a taxi . I will never by another American car unless it is a classic .
