General Motors in Lorraine, New York - Faulty ignition recall

I started having problems 2 yrs with my Saturn before the official ignition recall was made. I had my total ignition replaced twice and had to pressure service dept to do so. When my power steering failed due to this same problem I was sent home with no power steering because they didn't have the parts in house. I am a 59 year old woman. I had to contact the GM home office to explain that I had a disability to be given emergency treatment. This used a lot of my personal time. I have had other issues and filed a complaint with the District Attorney's office and took them to small claims court. If you have a problem not resolved please file a complaint also so there is a record of consumer complaints. I will never buy a GM car again.

Only having 900 miles my transmission went. I have rented a home in Daytona Beach and I intended to leave but know I have to wait for the car to be repaired. What do I do if this happens on the way to Florida? Will GM give me a car to use while I leave it? I need to know what I my options are since it is to late to get a refund on my rental. General Motors - 2006 Chevrolet Equinox Review from Niagara Falls, New York

I owed two Chevrolet vehicles in my life and both were the most repairs I ever had to do. About the Chevy 2006 Equinox....I am sick that I purchased this!!!! The heating system seems possessed. Since I purchased the *** thing I have been back to the local dealer I purchase it from 5 times for it running hot, no heat when idling or parked, a smell coming from vents etc....the thermostat, 3 times, some other part twice and the heater core TWICE!!!!!! THE DEALER PAID ANOTHER RADIATOR REPAIR SHOP TO FIX IT THE SECOND TIME AND WASHED HIS HANDS.....IT SEEMED TO WORK FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS FINE.....THEN THE ENGINE LIGHT, BACK ON N OFF....NO HEAT WHEN IDLING OR STOPPED....ONLY WARM HEAT WHEN DRIVING WITH FOOT ON GAS.....I BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN AND NOW THEY SAY IT MUST BE A HEAD GASKET BUT WILL CHECK OVER AGAIN. I AM A DISABLED, SINGLE MOTHER OF FOUR. I RECEIVE FOODSTAMPS AND CAN BARELY MAKE ENDS MEET. THIS IS MY ONLY WAY TO GET TO DOCTORS AND KIDS SCHOOL. WITH ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAD THE SAME ISSUES.........GM SHOULD OF RECALLED THE 2006 EQUINOX!!! I OVERHEATED ON THE GRAND ISLAND BRIDGE CREATING A SAFETY PROBLEM FOR MY FAMILY AND OTHERS. I WANT TO KEEP BUYING AMERICAN BUT I DON'T TRUST GM ANYMORE.....GENERAL MOTORS AND CHEVY SHOULD WANT TO KEEP THE REP THEY HAD......MORE AND MORE ....PEOPLE ARE GOING FOREIGN.....SMH I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO BUT DO KNOW PEOPLE GET DESPERATE....MAYBE SOMEONE WILL MAKE A CAR BOMB OUT OF THE 2006 EQUINOX AND BLOW UP A GM FACTORY......BUT EVEN THAT WOULDN'T BE A RELIABLE USE FOR THIS PIECE OF ***....BECAUSE YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND WOULD JUST GET PAID BACK FOR YOUR LOSS.....I regret buying this vehicle and plan to tell everyone how GM does not address their safety issues. Furthermore, a report was filed with the NYS dot. I plan to update. Shame on you Chevy .....the 2006 equinox is a nice looking pile of waste.....smh!!!!!

Im sick of all gm products. They look nice but dont hold up very long. Constant engine lights .very costly to maintain. Thats what i get for leaving acura. They sould be fined and jailed for the *** the put out sale. I want to leave it park because im tired of giving away money to svcs dept. Buy it back i would be happier taking a loss.

General Motors in Oneonta, New York - Dissatified Customer Poor product Buick LaCrossee

I have a 2011 Buick Lacrosse It has only 60,000 miles on it and I have had major brake work, a new water pump , new sensor for the motor, the motor shut down, the air conditioner does not work and now I need the rear brakes done!!!!!!!!! and the sensor ABS warning system is on! I was a champion for the Buick product, now I am not. My husband retired from GM and up until now has. We have owned 3 GM cars in the past 4years. All bought new. I have owned many cars over the years and never have had this much work and they had over 100,0000miles. Is the organization willing to make good on these problems in order to keep me as a customer. I thought I was purchasing a high quality luxury car, that is what you advertise. I look forward to your response before I contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. General Motors in Buffalo, New York - Airbag light seat module

Really as you should notice on the internet all the complaints on this issue above. 2007 Soltice and modular driver seat has to be replaced cause light for air bag stay on. The just quoted me $800.00 REALLY a car that has only 22,00 miles if that! Sorry I ever bought this car. Wake up GM recall this there are enough complaints all over the internet and people not being able to fixit. Unless people have to die first!!!! next time ill buy foreign. First the ignition we had to fear for our lives now this. Can't even get rid of the car no one wants it.

An unethical corporation with a contempt for integrity and Good will towards consumers. I'am not surprised as to why they were descending towards going out business. One would assume a company whom Is supported by their consumers, would go above and beyond to show their appreciation for your patronage. Spending thousands of dollars with a company who cares nothing about their consumers is an utter insult.
