General Motors - Bad paint 2014 Suburban
2014 Suburban taken into shop with blemish in paint on hood in February 2019. Told by employee this was due to heat from engine. This issue has now spread across the entire hood and started on the roof. Upon taking to multiple collision centers I was told this is oxidizing and should be returned to the dealer. After speaking to multiple folks in the shop over an hour and a half, it was summarily dismissed as the can’t do anything as it’s out of warranty. Carl Black will not be selling me another $55k truck again and true to GM as well.

The company does not care about the customer at all. After purchasing a 2015 Chevy Malibu the transmission went just after my warranty was up. Literally 104,000 my warranty was up at 100,000 they do not want to help me at all and get want 4300.00 to fix it. I will never buy a Chevy again. This comp at sucks

General Motors in Delhi, Delhi - Buyer beware

We had a vehicle that has been waiting on an air bag from General motors for a month. To date the mechanic has had no luck with the GM dealer McDermott Chevrolet in CT. From what Tom from McDermott told me to contact GM and said they send what they want when they want and referred me to General Motors @866-522-9559 as they can't answer when they will receive this air bag. We are a full service contractor and to be down a vehicle for this amount of time affects our business. We purchase many fleet vehicles and going forward this will impact any future decisions on fleet purchases and doing business with General Motors. This shouldn't be this hard the truck is a 2017 model. Totally not happy with GM. Poor customer service, poor business practices.

I called them because their dealership lied and sold me a warranty on my brand new car that they said was for 120k miles, but was only ever for 100k. Now that I hit 100k with perfect dealership maintenance on the car I have an oil leak and a coolant leak. I asked them if they would be able to provide financial assistance for my $2,000.00 repair since I am a loyal customer and they said no. I will be getting rid of the Cruze and I have learned from my mistakes. Thank you for showing me how much GM cares about their customer. NOT.
