General Motors - NEVER AGAIN

I called them because their dealership lied and sold me a warranty on my brand new car that they said was for 120k miles, but was only ever for 100k. Now that I hit 100k with perfect dealership maintenance on the car I have an oil leak and a coolant leak. I asked them if they would be able to provide financial assistance for my $2,000.00 repair since I am a loyal customer and they said no. I will be getting rid of the Cruze and I have learned from my mistakes. Thank you for showing me how much GM cares about their customer. NOT.

General Motors in Huntley, Illinois - Unavailability of Auto Parts on 2019 GMC Terrain

We had a minor accident with our GMC Terrain purchased ten weeks earlier which required replacement of the headlight assembly. (As a side note the cost of the assembly is over $1,000.) Despite numerous contacts with the customer service 800 number, no one was willing to take the necessary steps to solve the issue quickly. Our body shop finally received and installed the headlight assembly after seven weeks. The car rental, alone, was $30+ per day. Do the math!! As a life long Chevrolet-GMC-Oldsmobile customer I don't see us ever purchasing another GM product ever!!

I have a 2012 Equinox with the very same problem. I also know they have had recalls for the very same problem but when I called , they said my vin# was not included. How can they cover some cars and not other cars with the same exact problem.Is this why you see so many foreign cars on the road?

Obviously, when you disconnected the battery something in the computerized system now on all cars got messed up. Your best option is to have the car towed to your local chevy dealer and see if they can find the problem.

Unless you have a local mechanic who has the necessary equipment and testing machines they will all just be guessing as to what is wrong.

A dealer's mechanic should be able to find the problem. Good luck, but something got "turned off" when the battery was removed and a good dealer's mechanic should be able to find it.

General Motors in Conroe, Texas - Why can’t Chevrolet compete

I am the owner of a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. I’m getting ready to purchase a new pick up and I am not choosing a General Motors product. I do think that the Vortech V8 engine is an excellent engine but the electronics and radio and speakers are *** I’ve had nothing but trouble with false sensors and antilock braking sensors, airbag sensors, radio and speaker issues for the last 10 years. My truck has 90,000 miles on it but problems started occurring at less than 30,000 miles. I’m very torn about purchasing my next truck from an overseas manufacture but when you make a $40,000 purchase , You only get one chance and Chevrolet missed it.
