Well it's a long story but to sum it up we bought a 2007 Chevy 3500 Diesel Dully from NU Car in Delaware in Jan 2011. Well after having in the shop over and over again for the same turbo problem the mechanics kept replacing the turbo sensor instead of the turbo, now the truck has had a complete meltdown the firewall is burned up and GM tells us they have 7 - 10 to contact us.
We have no rental when you call customer service you can not talk to a manager they people are not american it's horrible the customer service you get from these people. NEVER BUY GM. Its my first one and never again.
So here I sit not even a year later paying for a $34000.00 truck that I don't have and they can't even at least talk to me. How about I come and take their car and tell them I will call them in 7 -10 days!!!
