Virtually, the customer service department for GM Corporate does not exist because all calls go to voice mail and are not returned. I've called well beyond a dozen times with one call back who said they would call the next day and never did.

Even trying to get to the manager of the department, the call went to voice mail and no call back. I've been trying to inform them of a liability issue with the 2019 that came equipped with Bridgestone tires, GM Corporate does't care to here my concern.

How a major car manufacturer can care less about customer service response is appalling.

I'm a dedicated life long owner of many Chevy vehicles, I will never buy another due to the lack of respect I've received by GM Corporate Customer Service. The dealer itself has been very helpful but also finds no support from Corporate about my compliant.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
