General Motors - Why can't I give you money?
I have tried 4x now to pay my bill, which is not technically due yet.
I usually pay it with the 2nd paycheck of the month, and in 4 years have
never had a problem on phone system doing so. But the system keeps saying
zero due, and won't let me make a payment. I have tried to wait for an electronic
statement to be generated, hoping that would solve the problem, but to no avail.
What the heck is the problem?
I even signed up for ecorr today. I am trying to pay this before I end up spending the money, and have never been late. Why is this so hard?
Maybe I should change servicers.
